Trip back to old school!!! WOO YEA!!!!

Old school = Sri Garden (International). XD

I don't know what else to say. This week was the open week for Sri Garden and I purposely chosen this day to have a look at my alma mater. I practically spent 12 years, at least, in Sri Garden. I know each spot at my fingertips. Having spent so many years there, it was a great big dose of happiness injected into me today.

Each teacher that taught me before didn't fail to left me which some words of wisdom. Particularly Mrs. Pang, who taught me when I was in Pre-School (5 years old). Her words clearly resound in my ears "Be a somebody and contribute back to society." Of course, my other teachers, those that taught me from the time I was in Primary Standard 1 to Secondary Form 5, told me other worldly wisdom. It was just great to see them again.

I feel more prepared and ready again to face ICAEW. Again. And especially with AA results coming out soon, I shall think that this visit is just what I need to get going. XD

Anyway, in chronological order :

Woke up a little later than expected this morning but still able to make it in time. XD, the guards actually thought I was there for IU night(which tickets were sold out way earlier than I found out) and told me to come back at 5 pm. I was like, no, I am here for Open Day, I want to look at the school and get info for my friends' siblings. One of the guards recognise me and say, yala, can go in la, ex-student mah. Then got settle. Manage to go in and have a little updates about Sri Garden International. Like the new system, timing, changes, all those kind of stuff.

Best part of the day, meeting all my teachers and two young guides to take me around (or the other way around?). Yeah, and I took too much of their time but glad that they have fun. All the teachers thought that they are my sisters wei! XD

So, about Sri Garden International, the only major change is the International Block where classes and walls are fairly new. There are interactive whiteboards too which some teachers tellign me that they are just getting used to it.

Glad to see that most teachers are here. Also met with Ariff, the small boy who counted the books wrongly, each time.

Yeah, basically that's it for the day. Now I am happy to get my failing results for PT on Monday and Wednesday, regardless what happen. Cause if I ever fall emotionally, it would waste my teachers' time and effort for the day.

Adios, minna-san!!!

PS: I would definitely recommend Sri Garden International over Sunway International School. Due to the fact that I was highly judgemental on its Marketing Department. SIS one was damn arrogant and bitchy, SGI was much mroe polite. SIS was like, ah I look down on you because you are a kid, SGI don't really mind that I am a kid. XD
