2 times in 4 days - Intro and IFF day

Another promise to myself, to write everything in Trebuchet if the font is available. XD, yeah, now I syok sendiri ady, I want to use BDO font to write my blog.
Anyway, I am talking about Internation Food Fiesta (IFF) and BBQ at Yau's house. While I might have missed out Redang trip, oh boy, I am damn glad I went to this two places, despite potential screwing by my mother. XD.

So yeah, IFF.. was kinda boring this year, because the scale was done a little bit smaller but what I like best is seeing the teachers again and talking to them. The food wasn't really my main point actually from the beginning. The second fun part comes from what I did after IFF. First thing first, the people involved are basically classmates from Form 5. Back to topic, what we did first was to crash at Chun Tean's house aka meeting place to plan for our day. Nothing much there except I think black forest banana cake(?) and lots of crap-talking. XD

So, there we start our journey in separate cars to Edo's house, and I am happily in the same car as Lydia~~~ I think Lydia wanted to use MRR2 to go but midway, both of use decided that it is better to just take an LRT there. It kind of amused me when I recalled that Lydia laughed at Chun Tean when he suggested it. Moving on, so, there we go, chatting away in LRT and while waiting for the rest to pick us up.

Due to communication glitch, our original destination of Snowflake was changed to Sunway Pyramid and once again, I got trolled. Surprisingly, the ones that trolled me were Sow Yeng, Lesan and Su Wei. The story goes like this, they already reached Snowflake and occupied seats for us and waited for half an hour before ordering food. Just as they are finishing their food, a call from Lydia using my phone to inform them that destination changed maybe did not really destroy their mood but definitely gives them an idea to play a prank!!!

Once we reach Sunway Pyramid, we went to Pasta Zanmai and we sat down while waiting for the three of them. And by some weird twist of fate, I sat at where all the empty seats are. So, I guess you should know by now where they sat. Yee Jean and Chia Hoong, who were second nearest had the nerve to cover their faces with menus while I am left alone to console the pseudo-angry/disappointed lot. XD, what the heck la when I know later that they are faking it.

The next spontaneous activity we had was to sing K, where I neared my pokai point. AmSquare is kinda expensive therefore, we squat beside the escalator to discuss where should we sing K. It was fun, you know, to pretend to be drug addicts. XD, you know la, the general idea of a bunch of drug addicts is to squat in a circle or loitter at a Timbuktu area. Imagine that.

Its decided later to go Endah Parade to sing K. Much cheaper though definitely not known at all except for maybe a few of us. A few songs that is memorable, Sorry Sorry (where we all danced), Whataya Want From Me, Gee(with weird English spelling as lyrics), Kenangan Terindah.

After that, we had supper in OUG area, at Sri Steven's Corner or something, if I am not mistaken. It was like a yamcha session except that eating was more obvious than talking. XD

Guess what time the whole day ended. I remember reaching home at about 1am or so. XD, part 2 coming up, regarding BBQ at Yau's house.

(Missed) Redang Trip

I am such a faggot. I can't believe I use such a title.

Anyway, yeah, this is basically a post of doubt. Yeah, I initialy wanted to put sadness and regret but I find that those two aren't really the appropriate word.

I am still wondering, why on earth did I not take a leave to join my friends in a fun-filled trip. Not to say I am feeling utterly despaired, I think I sort of became immune to it because there are other things that actually made me feel even worse.

For example, I really hate it when people keep stuff away from me. I am quite sure I made this quite clear often enough, but I think being ole' me, no one thinks its serious. Yes, be it from secondary school friends or college mates.

Gah!! Enough of that long-winded sad sounding post, I actually wanted to write what I did instead of going to Redang, which is.....

Attending TRAINING at BDO

Not to say which is better or worse, but I believe whenever a choice needs to be made, the resulting feeling of "why did I not"
definitely comes back to haunt you.

Ok, time for the truth, I know if i try this IRL, I will be beaten up, so, here is the truth for you. Actually, I was more sadden on these few occasions. First of all, it is during World Cup, when I read Chun Tean's facebook status about you guys going to Lesan's house to watch one of the match, I was sliced to pieces because I am not sure how many of you people, my friends, know that I hate gangs. Heck, sooner or later, I think my only connection to you (5Sc1) is going for 'pai nin' at everyone's house and ta-da. End of story!!! To be truthful, I will really cry when I realised that happen, in the future, if it did happen.
Another thing, I always feel disconnected. I have no idea when it started but 5Sc1, please please please make me feel connected. again. Although I know, it is my loss, not yours. The verdict is really up to you. I mean, where had all the happy times gone to? Hell or heaven? For eternity? No way!! Fuck that!! I want the happy times to stay in our memory and better still, we create even more happy future.

Ah, I feel much better now. XD, I really like to rant and cray, too bad I can't do this at work, lest I be chased away by my senior right now. Just 2 more months and few more days!

Routine

I realised that all the titles of my blog that I used recently is quite boring and straightforwards. What happened to my artistic way of naming my posts??? gah!! ><

Anyway, yeah, things are basically quite routine already. The seniors are damn good as in they are always willing to teach and help. If we do make a mistake, they won't scold but advise and tell us what we did wrong. I really like it that way.

Yeah, my colleagues noticed that I eat kinda slow ady. So, have to think of a way to tell them that they can go back to the office first.

But recently, I began playing out certain things in my mind. I think it is called imagination but better be prepared than attacked unarmed!

In a way, I would describe my job as boring and fun la. Boring because it is quite desk-bound and fun because I get to learn stuff. It is really exciting when there is always something unknown presented right in front of you.

Something has been bugging me recently though. Putting it down there in an artistic style that I had not used for a long time. Hope it still sounds nice though.. XD

I doth wonder, if needed to choose among the duo, who will the city choose. One, well-liked the moment it hits the eye, the other, seemingly mediocre and bland compared to the one.
Will the city choose the one or give time to the other?
Yet, one doesn't want to service while the other is committed because of the country.
Truly a despairing sight yet nonetheless a necessity.
I doth wonder............

Journal Voucher

Ahahaha.. I have been doing review of journal voucher for 4/5 days and I am still not really getting the hang of it. It is a darn weird thing or maybe I am really weird in Accounting despite scoring a fake 90 for the e-assessment.

Talking about that, internship had been treating me quite well if not for the fact that the members is mainly quiet and small talk is really small for them. It is like, we got no time to talk, so better don't talk.

Adam's one is even worse though, he says his even talk to the laptops ; OUT LOUD and CLEARLY. Man, I would really freak out if that happens to the team I am in.

Wait, back to the review of journal voucher thing, although I am not really seeing the point of it yet, I believe if I put my heart and soul into it or open an "auditor" eye. Not forgetting to mention, gives me a strong foundation to build my building. XD

Ja, matte ne minna-san.

2nd day and Naruto weekend

With a little touch of Minami-ke!! Yup, that's how I spend 2nd to 4th July 2010.

So, on 2nd day of internship, I was late. T.T, damn embarassing but the best/worst part is the client's office. Assuming the journey from my house to office is 1, from my house to client's is 1/4. In a way, it is kind of frustrating but then, finally get to do field work ady, so, can start waking up a little late? XD

Anyway, what I did for the day was basically vouching of two items la :
1) Share certificates with listing of shares
2) Registration card/Insurance policy with list of vehicles

I finally know the importance of the accruals concept when I did that thing. XD After doing that, go back to office and had meeting. The last thing to do for the day was to stamp the date, remove the staple, photostate, staple back and post!

Well, my weekend was a little more boring. Was doing nothing except reading Naruto and watch Minami-ke. Both are interesting in their own way

Gah!!! I need to focus more on my piano ady!!

1st day of internship

Ahahaha, seems like my daily picture of the sky will be taking a three months break la cause I think I won't have the time to take a photo of the sky unless I do during lunch time?
But as of now, I am still thinking about alternative though. XD

とにかく, 1st day was basically BDO 1.01 which is basics of BDO on-goings or something like that. While I do see the importance of it, I was kind of upset that it took quite some time to the point that the only thing we were able to do for the day after the orientation is to read some files (What I was reading was a Current Audit File).

XD, not to mean anything, but the words were really, really familiar, except for the fact that I forgotten what it means (><, sorry Mr. Ong). I reckon I wil be able to pick it up again fast enough though.

uhwaaaaa, I really can't wait to do some real stuff/work although I know I will be damn frustrated not knowing how things are gonna work. But I shall PAWNZZ.. XD

So yeah, first day only did two things, BDO 1.01 and read file. Quite a good learning experience though. Did I mention Lee Ning is auditing the same group as I am? Well, she is. Hohohohohoh....

Internship!!!!

I can't believe I am writing this on the day my internship commence! It is about 1.15am now and I am suppose to be sleeping. Gah!

I am experiencing excitement, agony, anticipation, stress etc. etc. because I never tried working life before. Guess I should take it all in a stride. XD Internship is only 3 months though..hm...

Furthermore, I wonder which team/company will BDO 'throw' me in. I would be damn happy if it is The Star but oh well, let's see.

I am actually quite sad also because I won't be seeing my beloved classmates and SUAC members for the next three months (generally speaking), miss the Form 5 Science 1 trip to Redang, having to 'grow up' (or act like one) and.. I don't know. Lack of time for piano perhaps.. T.T

On the other hand, I won't be having much to do except to do up a Portfolio project, some log book writing and best of all,

WATCH ANIME/READ MANGA!!!!

*does Hard Gay moves..YAHOO!!

XD, yes, I am definitely feeling better right now and looking forward to internship in few hours time. Who knows, maybe I will make BDO a little livelier.
